Danielle’s Homemade Granola Recipe Β πŸ“πŸ«

Clean , Nourishing & Wholesome β™‘

I started making homemade granola a few years ago after struggling with gluten for so long. After working with my naturopath and healing my gut in 2021, I decided to commit to a gluten & dairy free lifestyle, and i’ve never looked back. This lifestyle change inspired me to create all my own recipes centred around whole , organic ingredients. There is still so many unwanted chemicals and additives in supermarket foods, and they just don’t hit the mark for me.

Because of this, homemade granola became my very first go-too recipe.

Ingredients –

4 Cups – Gluten Free Oats

Half A Cup – Flaked Almonds

Half A Cup – Walnut Halves

Half A Cup – Pumpkin Seeds

Half A Cup Of Organic Maple Syrup

1 teaspoon – Cinnamon

Half A Cup Of Melted Coconut Oil

  1. Β Preheat the oven to around 180 degrees celsius.
  2. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Mix all ingredients into a large mixing bowl, combine the oats , nuts / seeds and cinnamon together and save the melted coconut oil and maple syrup until last.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Layer onto the baking tray and bake until golden.
  6. The perfect bake is around 21-24 minutes depending how golden you prefer.
  7. Stir half way for extra granola clusters, this binds the ingredients together.
  8. Remove from the oven & allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Lastly, drizzle some extra maple syrup over the top to give it a soft and crunchy finish.
  10. Serve with fruit and yoghurt of your choice.

Enjoy x
